INFORMATION REGARDING CHANGES

 

Unfortunately we are unable to add, swap, move or adjust words on the design without redesigning it entirely. This is why we ask for the words to be listed so specifically so we get it right first time round.

 

Changes once you receive your design

We understand that sometimes changes are essential and are happy to make 1 Set of changes free of charge. This is for either a colour change or adding no more than 3 words or spelling corrections or a word swap.

After these, ANY FURTHER changes will be chargeable at a flat fee of £10.

 

Changes AFTER designs have been approved

Once the design is complete and approved by the customer, we are unable to make changes free of charge.

The Flat fee of £10 will be required unless there is a genuine mistake made by Sparkly Surprises, which we would correct free of charge.

 

Changes AFTER orders have been fulfilled

Please note if there are any mistakes spotted once designs have been sparkled & completed, this will result us creating a completely new order.

We are happy to offer a discount as a good will gesture but this is at our discretion. Prices will be quoted relating to the specific order but for just the print and p&p if applicable.
