We do not accept returns due to the bespoke individual nature of our product.
There are certain situations where we will be able to duplicate an order. These situations are where the item(s) have arrived damaged and photographic proof can be sent via email to us within 7 days of receiving your product showing the damaged items contained within the original shipping box and it is clear that the goods have been damaged in transit.
In this situation we will review case by case, and duplicate the item at our own cost to send to you.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or shipping error is exempt from a replacement.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
